5 Reason, as to why God uses Problems

1.God Uses Problems, To DIRECT You

Sometimes, God must light a fire under you, to get you moving. Problems often point us, in new directions, and motivate us, to change. Is God trying, to get your attention? Sometimes it takes a painful situation, to make us change, our ways.

2. God Uses Problems, To INSPECT You

People, are like tea bags. If you want to know, as to what is inside them, just drop them, into hot water! Has God tested your faith, with a problem? What do problems reveal, about you? When you have many kinds of troubles, you should be full of joy; because you know that these troubles, test your faith; and this will give you, patience."

3. God Uses Problems, To CORRECT You

Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure.
It's likely that as a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove. But you probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn the value of something... health, money, a relationship. .. by losing it. "It was the best thing that could have happened to me, for it taught me to pay attention to your laws."

4. God Uses Problems To PROTECT U

A problem can be, a blessing in disguise, if it prevents you from being harmed, by something more serious. Last year, a friend of mine was fired from his job, only for having refused to do, something unethical, that his boss
had asked him, to do. That friend's unemployment, was a problem, but that itself saved him, from being convicted and sent to prison, a year later; when the actions of the Management of his previous office, were eventually discovered.
"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good...

5. God Uses Problems, To PERFECT You

Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders.God, is far more interested in your character, than in your comfort. Your relationship with God, and your character, are the only two things that you are going to take with you, into eternity.
"We can rejoice, when we run into problems. They help us learn, to be patient. Patience, develops strength of
character, in us; and helps us trust God more, each time that we use it, until finally our hope and faith, are strong and steady."
God, is at work in your life, even when you do not recognize it, or understand it. But it is much easier and more profitable, when you cooperate, with Him.

Meri Gudia

Aaj fir yad aata hai wo sunehra bachpan,
jab wo khel - khel me mujhse jhagda karti thi,
meri choti se jid ke liye maa se aksar lada karti thi,
kho jati the meri uljhi baton me,
jinhe kabhi main bhi nahi samajh pata tha,
unhe samjhne ke liye rato mujhe jagaya karti thi.

Kitabo me aksar bana liya karti the Pyari si Gudia,
khel - khel me jab wah uski saadi kar khus hua karti thi,
apni 50 paise ki tofi ke 25 paise uski saadi ke liye bacha liya karti thi,
magar aaj jab wah khud saadi kar kisi praye ghar chali gayi hai,
yaad aati hai mujhe bhi meri Pyari Gudia.

Bin uske suna hai ghar, suna aangan, suna har kona - kona
pagal ban, aaj bhi dhundta hu main apna bachpan ka khilona,
un aansuo ka kya mol lagau jo mujhse dur hote waqt in aankho me de gayi,
meri Pyari Dunia se naa jane kaha chali gayi wo
fir se aaj mujhe mera sunehra bachpan yaad dila gayi wo.

UPLE (THE FUEL)

Chote the maa uple thapa karti the,
hum uplo par sakle gutha karte the,
aankh lagakar - Kan lagakar- Nak sajakar
Pagdi wala, Topi wala,
mera upla tera upla.
Apne  Apne jane pehchane namo se
uple thapa karte the.

Hansta-Khelta suraj roj savere aakar
gobar ke uplo pe khela karta tha
rat ko aangan me jab chulha jalta tha
hum sare chulha gher ke baithe rehte the
kis uple ki bari aaye
kiska upla rakh hua
wo pandit tha - ek munna tha - ek dashrath tha

Barso bad main samsan me baitha soch raha hu
aaj ki rat is waqt ke jalte chulhe me
ek dost ka upla aur jal gaya...

The Pencil Story

In the begining the pencil maker spoke to pencil saying,
"There are five thing you need to know before I send you out into the world, always remember them and you will become the become pencil you can be."

First : You will be able to do many great things but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone's hand.
Second : You will exprience a painful sharpening from time to time, but this is required if you are to become a better pencil.
Third :  You have the ability to correct any mistakes you might make.
Fourth : The most important part of you will always be what's inside.
Fifth : No matter what the condition, you must continue to write. You must always a clear, legible mark no matter how difficult the situation.

The pencil understood, promising to remember, and went into the box fully understanding its maker's purpose.

Now replace the place of pencil with you, always remember them and never forget, and yo will become the best person you can be.

1. You will be able to do many great things but only if you allow yourself to be held in God's hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.

2. You will exprience a painful sharpening from time to time, by going through various problems, but you will need it to become a stronger person.

3. You will be able to correct mistakes you might make wor grow through them.

4. The most important part of you will always be whants on the inside.

5. On every surface you walk, you must leave your marks. No matter what the situation, you must continue to serve god everything.

"Always remember you were made to do great things."

Self Appraisal

A little boy went to a telephone booth which was at the cash counter of a store and dialed a number.

The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation:

Boy : "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn?

Woman : (at the other end of the phone line) "I already have someone to cut my lawn."

Boy : "Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price than the person who cuts your lawn now."

Woman : I'm very satisfied with the person who is presently cutting my lawn.

Boy : (with more perseverance) "Lady, I'll even sweep the floor and the stairs of your house for free.

Woman : No, thank you.

With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver. The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy.

Store Owner : "Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job."

Boy : "No thanks,

Store Owner : But you were really pleading for one.

Boy : No Sir, I was just checking my performance at the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady I was talking to!"

Bridge of Sighs...

Bridge of Sighs

An aurora borealis appears to touch down on an illuminated bridge in Sommarya in northern Norway on September 8.
In addition to the September 11 coronal mass ejection (CME)-a giant bubble of charged solar particles-multiple bursts of solar magnetic activity shot CMEs toward Earth in the first few days of September.
The Solar Dynamics Observatory caught sight of the initial explosive flare emanating from a giant group of sunspots. The flare sent a CME racing toward Earth at 250 miles (400 kilometers) per second. When the particles smacked Earth's magnetic field on the eighth, auroral sparks flew.

Appreciate Everything

Appreciate those who have hurt you,

because they strengthen your heart.

Appreciate those who deceive you,

because they improve your wisdom.

Appreciate those who slander against you,

because they improve your personality.

Appreciate those who whip you,
because they arouse your will to fight.

Appreciate those who abandon you,

because they teach you independence.

Appreciate those who make you stumble,
because they strengthen your legs.

Appreciate those who denounce you,

Put the glass down

Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students

"How much do you think this glass weighs?"

'50gms!' .... '100gms!' .....'125gms' ...the students answered.

"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my question is:

What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"

'Nothing' .....the students said.

'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the professor asked.

'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student

"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"

"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!"

..... ventured another student & all the students laughed

"Very good.

But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?"

asked the professor.

'No'.... Was the answer.

"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"

The students were puzzled.

"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.

"Put the glass down!" said one of the students

"Exactly!" said the professor.

Life's problems are something like this.

Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.

Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.

Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.

It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,

But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before You go to sleep.

That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

So, when you leave office today, Remember to

'PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY! '

LIFE IS BEUTIFUL!!!

I Love My India

It makes us proud

Gurgaon, June 5 -- India's first privately funded, promoted and soon-to-be operational Rapid MetroRail Gurgaon Limited (RMGL) would be a pleasing sight, along with being a state-of-the-art mode of transportation.
Slated to begin in January 2013, the service meanders through DLF City and touches corners at DLF Cybercity, that has a horde of multinational companies. Promoters say they have designed it with world-class aesthetics.
Starting from Sikanderpur Metro station, the RMG would meander through the posh DLF City (II) and touch Belvedere Park and Towers, DLF Cybercity, National Media Centre, Ambience Lagoon apartments before turning towards DLF SEZ in DLF City III.

Other locations include Hotel Leela Kempinski, Ambience Mall, Hotel Trident Hilton and border Toll Plaza on Gurgaon Expressway. Besides features such as the Automatic Train Operation (ATO) system, that does not necessarily require human drivers, the aesthetics of the entire 6.1 km long metro service would be on the lines of the Dubai Metro, officials of the special purpose vehicle (SPV) company Rapid MetroRail Gurgaon Limited (RMGL) claimed.

The aesthetic designs of 47 stations (nine underground) on the 75-km long Dubai Metro network is said to be the latest and most attractive in the world.

Sanjiv Rai, managing director of RMGL said, "Our consultants would design RMG stations in such a way that they merge well with the swanky buildings in the area," Rai added. In July 2009, the Haryana government had awarded the Rs. 1088 crore-project of setting up 6.1 km-long to RMGL.

However, it is yet to receive formal nod from the union ministry of urban development. This service would also act as a feeder system for DMRC's main metro service. Rai said RMGL would be signing lease agreements with the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) as well as with DLF in the next few days.
"We need 50-60 percent of the land from HUDA that is median of the roads where the pillars of the elevated tracks would come up. There are minor encroachment issues that we believe would be sorted out by HUDA soon. Rest of the land comes from DLF."

DMRC would be the Prime Maintenance Consultant for the project. The civil contract has gone to Maytas Infrastructure that promises to finish its work of erected elevated track within 24 months.

Mother's Day

Today is Mother's day and I dedicated my full day for her. I miss her too much. I'm thankful not only for my mom but for all mothers and the most important is my Dharti Maa (Mother Land).

She has many different types and in every type she looks extremely kindness for her baby.

God needed someone to take care of his creations that's why he created mothers.

Here are various type of views for her kindness :-

Your arms were always open when I needed a hug.
Your heart understood when I needed a friend.
Your gentle eyes were stern when I needed a lesson.
Your strength and love has guided me and gave me wings to fly.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you're a child she walks before you,
 To set an example.
When you're a teenager she walks behind you
To be there should you need her.
When you're an adult she walks beside you
So that as two friends you can enjoy life together.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your mother is always with you...
She's the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.
She's the cool hand on your brow
when you're not well.

Your mother lives inside your laughter.
She's crystallized in every tear drop.
She's the place you came from,
your first home...
She's the map you follow
with every step that you take.

She's your first love
and your first heart break...
and nothing on earth can separate you.
Not time, Not space...
Not even death...

will ever separate you
from your mother...
You carry her inside of you...

9 Simple Tricks To Remembering Names

1. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat
The most surefire strategy is to repeat the person's name--both in your head, and out loud--as soon as possible after you've been introduced. Occasionally use the person's name in conversation. "Pleasure to meet you, Bob," or "Bob, so good to see you." Don't overdo it, of course, but don't worry that Bob will recoil, either. He'd rather you remember his name than not.

2. Picture This
Turn someone's name into an image that you can remember. When you meet Shirley, think of a Shirley temple. Don't laugh--it works.

3. Spell It Out
Another imagery-based tactic: Ask someone to spell out his or her name. If you can picture the letters in your mind, you'll have a better chance of remembering the name. A derivation on that: Imagine the person's name written across his forehead, like a billboard.

4. Connect
Try to associate names with things people tell you about themselves (careers, hobbies) that will trigger the sound or association of the name in your mind. Fred likes to fish, Margarita runs a bar, you get the idea.

5. Word Play
Let the words do the work for you. Mnemonic devices (Dale works in sales) work nicely, as does alliteration (Jim from Jersey).

6. Lead the Way
If you know that your name will be hard to remember or pronounce, do other people a favor and help them out. They'll return the favor--or, if you're chatting with a Mike or a Bob, maybe they'll make some big production out of their own common name, making it stick in your mind.

7. Put Pen to Paper
It's not enough to write down a person's name as soon as possible after meeting them. Record the name in a "new contacts" file, and include when and where you met.

8. Speak Up
Embarrassing as it seems, don't be afraid to ask someone to repeat his or her name. Start out with a compliment, such as "I've had so much fun talking with you, and I've completely forgotten your name." If you realize you've blanked on a name a few seconds after introduction, just say "I'm sorry, I missed your name."

9. Prime the Pump
You spy a person, whose name you've forgotten, making her way toward you. What to do? If you're speaking with someone you know, introduce them right off the bat. The newcomer will probably introduce herself on her own. Problem solved.

A Vulgar Journey...

Once I was going back to my home on the occasion of Dipawali, it was really a festinate journey, everyone wants to go on his destination point as soon as possible. Its me a little guy was alone on his way without any helping support, has left his institute as on time to reached the home soon.
It was not a long journey, but the situation was not in my favour. I went to the bus stand, but there were no any bus from 2 hours. So I was being too late. Atcually everywhere were too rush. After few more time a bus came there and I step up inside it, which was full loaded by passenger, there were no any vacant seat. I was stand near the front gate of bus, suddenly a huge rush of peoples came inside the bus. One of them was lookin like a cruel man. He was shouting to every one.
When he came near, absued me in slang like "Pare ko mar jaa" and more then this, it means I was coming there to die...
That day I was really sickoff that type of act, I against him, and asked him "What are you saying? Did I come here to die. Mind your language, you are a senior person."
After this conversation the whole passanger aggreed me, and asked the cruel person, Haven't you any child, if the guy was your own child, will u tells him this type of wording... But the man did not accept his crime, even he quarrel with another one, and finally he getout by passengers from that bus. It was the first time when I against an elder person in a child age. It was really a memorable experience....
