"PDC" The Memorable Days

PDC stand for - "Personality Development Camp". A 10 to 15 days camp is just a medium to keep some lovely memories inside our heart forever. As much we try to forget those moments but we ever still with them.
Definately it is a mixtrue of happy and sad moments. Happy moments are untill we being with our friends and sad moments when we going far from this new family.
Personality development session, Cultural Programs, Games, Many types of competitions are various parts of of this camp.

• Become genuinely interested in other people.

• Talk in terms of the other mans interest.
• Make the other person feel important and do it sincerely.

• Begin with praise and honest appreciation.
• Call attention to peoples mistakes indirectly.
• Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.
• Ask questions instead of giving direct orders.
• Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement.
• Let the other man save his face.
• Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to. 
• Use encouragement - make the fault seem easy to correct.
• Make the other person happy about doing the things you suggest.
